CineMeta is a post-production company for audio and video mainly focused on the Cinematographic industry. It was formed by a fusion between RVM-Cinema and Meta Sound studio’s. For the design of the new identity the assignment was to visualise this fusion and the company’s versatility. The total identity must be flexible to use by anyone within the company.
The CineMeta logo shows a combined C and M as a typographical form within a text balloon, presenting audio. The logo started to look like an iconic abstract character with a big eye that is looking at you.
CineMeta is formed by a fusion of two companies. This was a starting-point for the design. All the elements of the correspondence package have two different ‘identity sides’. The fronts can be seen as the corporate side of the company. The backs show a more playfull way of the design consisting a lot of different colors. The backs can be used to add text and/or imagery (by using their own laserprinters).
