Ocean Desert Enterprises (ODE) is a commercial daughter of the OASE Foundation. Its mission is: The development of biosaline solutions for saline environments.
ODE seeks to combine innovative biosaline know how with Dutch core knowledge in the field of water engineering, agriculture, social organisation and environmental systems approach. ODE cooperates with partners in these fields.
ODE asked me to do a proposal on a new identity.
At the presentation the two people in charge of ODE really liked the idea of making salt positive. But one person thought the logo looked like a dog’s paw instead of the lid of a saltcan. And that was the end of this proposal. I had to try something else…
