My teacher Joke Robaard initiated exhibitions where she and the fellow contributers explored relationships between garments, clothing, textile and areas, places, spaces. The exhibition space is specifically chosen for containing the displayed content. I worked together with Emile Molin and we designed 2 publications; both 20 x 20 cm foldout magazines to awkward sizes.
Front and back of Pa(t)ch. This second edition was exhibited on the old Sugar Factory in Halfweg. It gives specific information about the history of the plant, about the different ‘uniforms’ of all the different ex-employees and about the current situations. The foldout was designed as longer and longer pages once you go through it. It was bound by an red elastic band. You are able to hang it to the wall like you would do a calender.
